You do not have to live in Walnut Creek to join Mt. Diablo Village. Please keep in mind that service requests will be less likely to be fulfilled. All members will have full access to our program offerings.

Note 3: 

New membership applicants are required to have a phone interview to fully understand what Mt. Diablo Village membership entails. Bring your questions to the interview to make sure Mt. Diablo Village is the right match for your expectations.

Note 4: 

Throughout the year of 2026, our launch year, we welcome prospective members to attend our events for free. There is no rush to sign up as a member. By 2027, prospective members will have two complementary admissions for them to get a taste of what Mt. Diablo Village is about. If the quality of programs, people and culture are what you are looking for, we will welcome you aboard with the membership process.

Note 5:

After you become official as a paying member, you will get to enjoy the majority of the programs and events for free. The only times that members will  pay out of pockets would be for events that have outside costs, e.g. movies, restaurants, museums, zoo, etc.
