This presentation explores the key drivers of healthy aging, including protein intake, strength training, inflammation reduction, and lifestyle habits that preserve mobility, energy, and independence—helping older adults thrive, not just manage, as they age.

As we get older, these words seem to pop up during our conversations with friends. As much as we try to stay healthy, there may be times that our body does not cooperate. Who do we turn to? Who can we trust especially when kids and grandkids are not around. Even if they are, how much do they know about navigating through illnesses and making sound decisions for the situation. Let us learn what's available so that we will stay resourceful and don't panick if we ever need these services.
