Mt. Diablo Village is an affiliate village under the Lamorinda Village's 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization umbrella. Lamorinda Village, d.b.a. Diablo Valley Villages, serves as the fiscal sponsor and administrative hub for the Diablo Valley Villages network. This network includes San Ramon Valley Village, Clayton Valley Village, and Mt. Diablo Village, which each operate as community-based affiliates under Lamorinda Village’s nonprofit umbrella and share the same EIN.

Mt. Diablo Village is one of four local “spokes” connected to the Diablo Valley Villages “hub,” which provides shared resources and administrative support.
